No Frills in Nobleton north

Grocery shoppers in and around Nobleton will soon have a very large store to patronize when John's No Frills opens its doors, on the east side of Highway 27 in the north end of the village.   It will be the largest grocery store in King Township when it opens.
Please comment if you wish.

  1. Can't wait for this to open. More choice is always better and it will be so nice to not have to go all the way to Bolton or Schomberg if I'm short an ingredient for dinner!

  4. It's good to have a grocery store... but why put a No Frills??? Who's decision is that? I don't have anything against No Frills... but look at the demographics and the growth coming to Nobleton. People moving to Nobleton are paying at least 800K for a house and they expect to have better food selection than what No Frills provides. There is no deli, no fresh fish counter, no butcher counter, no bakery, etc. What this means is that people will keep going to Garden Foods/Zehrs in Bolton or to Vaughan to find better quality and more selection.
