  1. I remember walking in the 1st bay, and there would be a big red and white Coke machine - you needed a dime. When it became a Chev/Olds dealership it was always a big event to watch them unload the trucks to see what the new cars ( late 50s) looked like. Collectors would give a lot of money for the Red Indian Gasoline/Oil sign.

  2. Great pic! I walked by there every day on my long walk to and from school way up Keele St. I eventually discovered the short cut back through their lot (at the left side of the photo) all the way back to Dew St and along past what we called the "Sawnee Call" (Masonic Hall). Love these vintage pics! :-)
